Exchange Policy

  • We offer an exchange option for our products if there is a valid issue with the item.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
  • An additional delivery charge will be applicable for exchange deliveries according to our standard delivery fees for inside or outside Dhaka.
  • Products purchased online can only be exchanged through our online support system, not from any physical store.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are applicable only if the returned product is received by the Inner Cozy team in unused and undamaged condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The remaining refund amount will be transferred digitally via Bank, bKash, or Nagad.

Due to hygiene reasons, Inner Cozy reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging.
